How do I update my web site?
You can update your pages by using a web development tool such as Microsoft FrontPage or Macromedia Dreamweaver. If you are versed in HTML, you can edit your pages using any standard text editor. Once your changes have been made and saved to your hard drive, you must transfer the pages to our servers using a FTP client for the changes to become live. Back to top

What are CGI Scripts?
Computer Gateway Interface Scripts are programs that are run on our servers. They often retrieve data from your web site, do something with it, and then send it back to the browser. CGI programs can be coded in any language ( providing the language is compliant with the server it resides on). All of our hosting packages include a personal cgi-bin directory that enables you to use CGI scripts for your web site. We do not offer support for CGI programs. Back to top
What are Server Side Includes (SSI's)?
SSI's are a type of HTML comment that allow you to dynamically include data for a web site when it is requested. For example, all of the pages in your web site could include the same header from a separate file. All changes made to that header file would apply to all the pages within your website. What is the difference between NT and UNIX?
This is a common question posed by people looking for a web host. If you plan to update your web site using Microsoft FrontPage, or if you plan to enhance your website using ASP we recommend our Windows NT servers.
If you plan to do programming in Perl or use a mySQL database we recommend hosting your website on our UNIX servers.
