If it is not possible to respond to the transfer email sent from Network Solutions, you must fax an authorization letter to Network Solutions.
If the original registration was made by a company, the authorization letter must be sent on company letterhead.
If the Registrant is an individual (not an organization) and letterhead is not applicable, you will need to include, with the letter, a copy of the Registrant's personal identification (i.e., drivers license, passport, military ID, university ID, etc., and if needed a copy of a utility bill or phone bill) that establishes his/her address as stated in the Network Solutions WHOIS database.
